Limits and Important Notes

How the Dynasty Trade Comparison Works

The calculator adds all entered values on Side A and Side B. It divides the absolute difference by the larger total to create a percentage comparison.

A gap below 10% is labeled Fair Trade. Larger gaps favor the side receiving the higher entered total.

Formula

Difference % = |Side A − Side B| ÷ max(Side A, Side B) × 100

Example

If Side A totals 100 and Side B totals 94, the difference is 6 ÷ 100 = 6%. Because that is below 10%, the tool labels the trade Fair Trade.

  • For player-for-picks or package trades, add every asset to ‘You Give’ and ‘You Get’ using one consistent value source.
  • Player and pick values are entered by the user and are not supplied or updated by the site.
  • League size, scoring, roster format, positional needs, and market context are not modeled.
  • The verdict is a numerical comparison, not objective fantasy advice.
